The Queen Creek Rotary Club will receive regular updates highlighting the impact of this program, including community demographics, funding outcomes, and anonymous stories of hope and healing. All information shared will be presented in a way that protects the privacy and confidentiality of participating youth and families.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicant must:
- have a selected therapist.
- be able to show financial need.
- must be under the age of 18
- be able to provide identification.
Because every child deserves hope. Because every family deserves support. Because healing creates a ripple effect that reaches far beyond a single therapy session.

Application cycles will open at 7am Arizona Time on August 3rd and close August 10th at 11:59pm and will close when capacity is reached. We advise to submit your applications quickly as applications are processed in the order they are received.
