NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.By entering, you agree to comply with these official rules. This Roof Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by **5 Guys Roofing** (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway is open only to qualified veterans, first responders and active military personnel residing in Arizona who meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
1. Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open to U.S. military veterans, active military or first responders who:
- Are legal residents of Arizona.
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Own the property they are requesting to win for.
- The property must be a single family residential home.
- Can provide proof of military service (e.g., DD-214 or military ID) or first responder job ID.
- Have a roof in need of repair or replacement, as determined by 5 Guys Roofing.
- Have permission to participate in the Giveaway.
2. How to Enter
- To enter, applicants must complete the official entry form available below.
- The entry period begins at 4/1/2025 and ends at 11/14/2025
- Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be considered.
3. Selection of Winner
- One winner will be selected by a panel of judges from 5 Guys Roofing based on the following criteria:
- Severity of the roof damage or need.
- Impact on the veteran’s, first responder or active military daily life.
- History of service and contributions to the community.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email within 14 days after the Giveaway period ends.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Prize
- The winner will receive a full roof replacement (including labor and materials) for their primary residence, up to a maximum value of $15,000.00
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional expenses not included in the prize.
5. General Terms
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants 5 Guys Roofing the right to use their name, likeness, and story for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and press releases.
- 5 Guys Roofing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The prize may not be exchanged or refunded, and any additional roofing needs outside the scope of the Giveaway will be the responsibility of the property owner.
6. Limitation of Liability
- By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 5 Guys Roofing, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the prize
- The winner agrees to allow 5 Guys Roofing to inspect the roof before, during, and after the project’s completion to ensure the work meets the company’s standards.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
8. Privacy
- All personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Miscellaneous
- 5 Guys Roofing reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the Giveaway process.
- The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
